| Quick response to my call, came the next day, and where others sort of were not overly interested on working on LG appliances, the technician Daljit had the old drum out, new drum in, all in about 15 minutes. So, very professional, really knew his stuff and did not request my first born child in exchange for the services rendered. I paid $45 for the service charge and $40 for the repair. Not bad when you consider some charge that just to show up at your door. As a sidebar... forget LG washer/dryers, mine have been $3000 lemons since purchase !! |
