The first time I met Bridget Rathwell (The Curry Queen) was at the Millerville Farmer's market where I purchased a selection of her curry sauces, beautifully packaged with basmati rice and tied with a bow, all ready for Christmas giving.
I personally make my own curry sauces from scratch so think I am a good judge of quality. Well, quality is exactly what I got, these fabulous sauces are rich, aromatic and simply delicious.
