1.	How does Rantnraves work?	top
	Simple, RANTnRAVES is where people just like you, go to to read and write reviews on all kinds of businesses and services in your city, covering a wide range of businesses from restaurants to hairdressers and everything in between. All reviews are based on first hand experience as customers and act as the perfect “word-of-mouth” referral for you. P.S. We are brand new so help us grow by reviewing and inviting others to do the same !

2.	WHO can rate and review a business?	top
	Anyone can browse the site and read reviews on RantnRaves, however only Registered Users can give their opinion and write a Review, registration is always FREE. You cannot rate a business you work for.

3.	What kind of Businesses can we rate & review?	top
	If you were a customer, you can rate and review them. Restaurants, Bars, Airlines, Beauty Salons, Home Builders, Renovators, Gardener's, Window Cleaners. 5 Star or No Star, You choose ! Rants must be kept civil, informative and relevant to your experience as a customer, funny is ok! To make things even more interesting you are allowed to upload up to 3 images that relate to your review and the business in question, they will appear in your review...cool eh!

4.	How do I search for a particular Business?	top
	Use the "Search" button and enter the name you are looking for or you may search by choosing a specific Category.

5.	Help! - the business I am looking for is not listed ?	top
	No problem, Please use the “Suggest a Business” link and tell us who to add. It will appear on the site within 48 hours.

6.	I want to invite my friends and neighbors to the site so they can rate their experiences too ?	top
	That's great, please click on the “Invite a Friend” link and we will send them an invite.

7.	I love some of the businesses and want to be able to keep track and find them easily next time I am on the site?	top
	Good Idea, just click on "Save to Favorites" on the listing you wish to save and it will be listed in your account for easy access anytime you want.

8.	Do you ever DELETE a Review?	top
	YEP, We do not allow any review that includes profanity, abuse, racial slurs, hatred, harassment or be personal in nature whatsoever.. Please keep you review factual, accurate and based upon your personal experience only. No third party reviews permitted.

9.	What is the EVENT section all about?	top
	The When & Where of Events permits you to look up local Events by Category. Know of a great Event and want to tell others? Go ahead...It's free to list an Event. Remind yourself of a special Event by saving to your "Favorites".

	Ah, this is the Bargain Shoppers eheaven and the place to check out Businesses that are running specials that you can take advantage of. Check back often for the many deals available. As we get bigger expect to see oodles of great deals coming your way soon.

	Easy, please register and list your business info, its free. Have your customers drop by and Rave about their experiences, which we believe is the best advertising possible. And oh yes, welcome aboard !
